Irvin Morris (seen here in the red jacket) is retired and has in excess of 40 years experience and a Qualification in Travel & Tourism. His philosophy is that he wishes to put something back into Sport for the enjoyment got from it in his younger days. Irvin has just been appointed the Uk representative for Vintage Cricket.

The IMSM is Irvin's brainchild and no fees are involved. All that is asked is that personal expenses are covered.

Further involvement in Sport at International level includes being invited by both the ICC and the Canadian Cricket Association as a Venue Manager at Ross Lord Park in July 2001 for the ICC Trophy and from 25th July to 4th August 2002 as a Transport Manager at the Aquatic Centre in Manchester for the XVII Commonwealth Games. He is hopeful that he will be involved in the Olympic Games in Athens in 2004 and the next Commonwealth Games in Melbourne in 2006.

Irvin Morris is also proud to have been afforded a place on the advisory committee of The Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management which is part of the University of Calcutta and ranked as one of the premier business schools in the country. (see News section)

Irvin would be pleased to discuss with any interested party a proposal of setting up an Academic/Sport Scholarship from any sporting organisation from a Commonwealth country based here in the United Kingdom for selected future talented sports people.

We do have here in England the infrastructure to put in place such a International Sports Scholarship, especially Cricket. This would prove to be a leading step forward in the Development of of Sport thereby providing "International Understanding Through Sport". It might also lead to a proposal being put forward for the many Associate and Affiliated countries represented in the next Commonwealth Games for the inclusion of Cricket at those Games which are to be held in Melbourne, Australia in 2006 for the game's future development
